ONGC Director (HR) Dr Alka Mittal has been conferred with the ‘Most Admired Leader Award’ by the Forum for Emotional Intelligence Learning (FEIL). She has been awarded for her outstanding contribution as a focused leader on developing people and organizational capability.

The award was bestowed during the ‘Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Summit and Awards’ held at Delhi on 17 January 2020. This conference was co-hosted and Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) and supported by Competency International (USA) and Emotional Intelligence Learning Systems (USA).
