The Chairman and CEO of Energy Maharatna Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Arun Kumar Singh commands a distinguished career spanning over 37 years in the Oil & Gas industry, both within India and on the global stage. Known for his push for corporate reforms, his astute professional business management skills have brought significant value to every enterprise he has led. Prior to this, he was the CMD of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), an esteemed 'Maharatna' enterprise and Fortune Global 500 Company. Additionally, he chaired Indraprastha Gas Ltd. (IGL), a prominent City Gas Distribution (CGD) Company, and played a pivotal role as a Board Member of Petronet LNG Ltd (PLL), a listed Joint Venture Company. As the President (Africa & Australia), he expanded the global footprints of Bharat Petro Resources Ltd, a wholly-owned overseas exploration subsidiary of BPCL. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the renowned National Institute of Technology, Patna. Under his stewardship, ONGC is taking significant steps to lead the Energy Transition going on in India.

At the forefront of the Technology & Field Services domain, Om Prakash Singh is the current Director driving the Drilling & Well Services divisions of the Energy Maharatna. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Mr. Singh is an ardent advocate of the latest technology and digitization to improve efficiency and productivity. His extensive 35-year career encompasses diverse national and international experience in Exploration & Production (E&P) operations. Notably, he serves as a Director on the boards of OTPC and NETC, subsidiaries of ONGC. He also holds key positions within various Board Level Committees of ONGC and its affiliated companies. His responsibilities span Field Services, Technical Services, IT Operations, and Information Security. He assumes the role of Executive Board member of SCOPE, leading the committee on Digital Transformation, and is actively engaged in sustainable development and climate change initiatives. During the COVID-19 period, he successfully managed the Director-I/c MM role at ONGC, contributing significantly to India's self-reliance endeavors.

As Director (Production), Pankaj Kumar provides strategic stewardship to the entire spectrum of oil and natural gas production across ONGC's production fields, both in Offshore and Onshore. His extensive 35-year journey in the oil & gas sector encompasses multifaceted expertise in Operations Management, Well Engineering, Joint Venture Management, Corporate Strategy, and Asset Management. His leadership roles include Chief of the Corporate Strategy & Planning group of ONGC and Asset Manager of prominent producing assets. A Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), he holds a Master's degree in Process Engineering from IIT Delhi. His continuous academic pursuits have led him to advanced management programs at prestigious institutions.

Serving as Director (Exploration) at the Energy Maharatna ONGC, Sushma Rawat brings forth 33 years of illustrious experience in Exploration. She holds positions on the boards of OTPCL and ONGC Petro Additions Ltd. With a diverse professional background, including her role as Executive Director-Basin Manager and OSD – Exploration, she adds a wealth of industry expertise to ONGC's exploration strategies. A Post-Graduate degree in Geology, she has done an ‘International Certificate Program in Business Management’ at ASCI, Hyderabad and at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana (FELU), Slovenia. An avid geologist, she organized numerous geological field workshops on modern deltas in Kakinada, the Cretaceous of Trichinapalli, the Jurassic of Kutch and the Triassic of Spit. She has been a founding member of various geotechnical societies.

As Director (Human Resources), Manish Patil steers the human capital strategy for the Energy Maharatna, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), overseeing a substantial talent pool of over 26,000+ energy professionals. With a remarkable three-decade career at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), including roles in Operations & Supplies, Information Systems, and HR Management Services, Patil is a seasoned industry professional. He has held significant positions like Regional HR Head at Indian Oil’s Northern Regional Office, Head of Institutional Business in Southern Region and Executive Director of HR and CSR at Indian Oil’s Corporate Office. His academic pursuits span Mechanical Engineering, Executive MBA, Advanced Diploma in Cyber Laws, and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Praveen Mal Khanooja is currently working as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. Prior to this assignment, he was Director General, Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC), an attached office of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas since November 2019.

Mr Khanooja is a B Tech in Chemical Engineering and M Tech in Management & Systems. He belongs to 1994 batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS) and has worked in various capacities in Defence Audit, Railways Audit, State Government Accounts & Audit at many field and Headquarters’ postings. He has also earlier served as Director (Finance) for the Department of Revenue and Central Board of Excise & Customs; Expert in the State Audit Institution, Sultanate of Oman and Additional DG in the Central Economic Intelligence Bureau.

He has conducted Compliance and Performance Audits of FAO, Rome; WIPO, Geneva, WTO, Spain; GFMD Geneva, and UNITAID Geneva.

He is a very avid reader and has participated in many discussions making considered suggestions on many energy related issues at various forums.

Dr Prabhaskar Rai is professor of psychology. He has been teaching graduate and postgraduate students for the last 33 years. He has been working as principal of a Degree College for the last three years. Presently, he is the principal of LR Degree College Jasrana, Firozabad of UP, which is affiliated to Dr BR Ambedkar University in Agra. He was awarded PhD in 2004 by Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra. Four students have completed their research work for award of PhD degree in Psychology under his mentorship. His research area is social psychology and psychology of personality. He has attended more than 30 national and international seminars and conferences and has published 23 research papers in various national and international research journals.

He had also organized a national seminar of Indian Psychological Association in 1991. Recently, he has written a book of Psychology namely 'Moolbhoot Manovaigyanik Prakriyaye', which was published in 2021 on the guidelines of New Education Policy 2021. He is the recipient of two national awards in Psychology i.e. Mrs Varalakshmi and Prof Rajamancken Veteran Eminent Psychological Award 2016 and A B Vajpayee National Development Award 2017.

He took the Army training of 6 months at various stages and worked as Associate NCC Officer along with teaching assignment. He commanded the U P contingent of NCC in Republic Parade in 1999. He received DG Commendation Card (national level) in 2004 and Deputy DG Commendation Card in 1997 and 1999 (State level).

He has also been involved with government recruitment process. He has rendered his service in U P Higher Education Service Commission, M P Public Service Commission and Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, etc.

He is actively associated with educational and social service organizations. He has been the Vice President of Maharshi Dayanand Arsh Gurukul Ashram for the last seven years, which is devoted to the education and upliftment of downtrodden Schedule Tribe student of North Eastern states of the country. He is Vice President of Saraswati Shiksha Sansthan Firozabad and Member of Management Committee of Central School of Firozabad.

Dr Madhav Singh is a practicing doctor by profession and also a social worker, a debater and a human resource management coordinator. He acquired his graduation degree from Maharaja College Jaipur (Rajasthan University), where he held various posts in student union. He was also a NCC cadet during his student life. Dr. Singh completed his MBBS degree from SMS Medical College Jaipur. As a professional doctor, he served in various hospitals of Delhi.

In 1991, Dr Singh joined Government Service in Rajasthan and after serving 11 years, took voluntary retirement from service in 2002. Subsequently, he settled in Shrimadhopur (Sikar) and has been actively involved in social services by providing medical services to underprivileged people.

Dr. Singh is associated with Rotary International, where he held position of Assistant Governor (Rajasthan and Gujarat) and was also President of Rotary Club Shrimadhopur (Sikar). Dr Singh has worked for various welfare activities like blood donation camps, free eye operation camps, multispecialty medical mega camps, homeopathy medical camps and has performed over 25,000 deliveries till now. For his contribution to society, Dr Singh has been honored several times at District and State level by the Government of Rajasthan.

Dr Singh has been awarded with best Rotarian by Jaipur Rotary Club, Matdata Jagruk Award by District Magistrate and occasions of Republic Day and Independence Day.

Dr Singh has attended more than 100 National and State level conferences. In COVID-19 epidemic, he started 24 hrs Helpline services on which he personally attended all calls and extended services of medicines, oxygen, accommodations and counseled them regularly till date.
