Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Limited has bagged the ‘First runner-up Diversity & Inclusion Award 2019’ in Best Employer for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category. This award was given under ‘Large Category’ during a Conference-cum-Awards on Diversity & Inclusion ceremony organized by ASSOCHAM on 17 July 2019 at New Delhi. ONGC executives received the trophy and citation from Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Mr. Rattan Lal Kataria.

While inaugurating ASSOCHAM conference-cum-Awards on Diversity and Inclusion, Mr. Kataria said, “I have no hesitation in stating that corporate sector is doing an excellent work in promoting gender equality at the workplace which is giving a boost to women’s participation in the workforce.”
