ONGC Delhi organized a Yoga Day Interactive session with the theme Yoga for Heart. This Yoga Day Session was addressed by Dr. Preeti Joshi. She is an expert in Naturopathy and Environmental Sciences and has also been associated with many reputed hospitals and NGOs like Apollo Hospital, Udaan foundation etc.

On this occasion, Dr. Preeti Joshi also organized a special Yoga session for the Board of Directors. CMD ONGC Mr. Shashi Shanker, Director (Exploration) Dr. Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, Director (Finance) Dr. Subhash Kumar, Director (Offshore) Dr. Rajesh Kakkar, Director (Onshore) Dr. Sanjay Kumar Moitra, and Director (T&FS) Mr. Navin Chandra Pandey keenly participated and practised yogic postures and mudras.
Dr. Preeti Joshi made them practise different Yoga asanas useful for maintaining good health, fight various heart-related issues and for vision improvement. The Board of Directors participated enthusiastically in this Yoga day session and practised various Yoga asanas taught by Dr. Preeti Joshi on this occasion.
This special Yoga day session by Dr. Preeti Joshi with the Board of Directors came to an end with a message that daily yoga asanas should be practised for living a healthy lifestyle.
Every year 21 June is celebrated as the International Yoga Day since 2014. This year, the Fifth International Yoga Day was celebrated with the UN Yoga Day theme Yoga for Climate Change.
