Energy Maharatna ONGC is fully committed to empowerment of women. It has time and again been taking various progressive and meaningful steps to build a conducive and safe working ecosystem for them.
ONGC supported the conference on ‘Women in India’s Energy Sector’ organized by FIPI on 31 October 2018. Speaking on the occasion, ONGC OSD HR Dr. Alka Mittal shared the various steps taken by ONGC to promote and safeguard its women employees. Dr. Mittal also shared that ONGC is one of the most women-friendly employers in India.
