The Minister was there to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with visiting Mozambique Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Mr. Oldemiro Julio Marques Baloi on cooperation in the field of Oil and Gas.

The Minister received the visiting Mozambique delegation led by the Mozambique Minister in the ONGC Office.
