HDOR is the World’s biggest fitness challenge. It is a fitness movement, which started in 2015, to encourage people to take to running and eventually make it a habit for life.  It’s the road towards enjoying better fitness and health, where registered participants log in a minimum two kms run every day.

The 100 Days Running Event brilliantly focuses on using self-enforced challenges, score-boarding and setting daily deadlines to rapidly move the needle forward.  It’s a goal setting program of great caliber.
