This international event, with the theme “Connecting for a new future”, was aimed at showcasing ‘How technology can transform energy business for a better and sustainable future’. This three-day exhibition and conference was attended by CEOs, policy makers, business leaders and engineers from across the global energy industry.

The event brought together global leaders to share insights on solutions to the greatest challenges faced today and opportunities for tomorrow with new models for collaboration between energy players and technology ecosystem. During the conference, ONGC shared its commitment to innovation and digital technologies for better understanding of reservoir production potential, improved safety and boosting operational efficiencies.

Plenary sessions by eminent global leaders in business were held to share the widespread impact of Innovation and digitalization across the energy industry in terms of reducing risk, cycle times, lowering costs and carbon footprint.  CEO of Microsoft, Saudi Aramco, Schlumberger, IBM, PETRONAS, Ecopetrol, Oxy, woodside among others were the key plenary speakers of the Digital Forum.

ONGC led by Director (Onshore) presented various new technologies related to Production Optimization, Sub-Surface, Drilling Efficiency, Digital Twins, Edge Technologies, Innovative Factori, Digital Business Transformation etc.

Two technical papers were presented by ONGC in this global forum. Papers titled “Digital oil field application on pilot scale in Laplingaon Field” and “Creating an Ecosystem for VLP optimization and flow assurance for MH Asset” were presented by EE(Inst.) Rahul Jarngal and SE(Prod.) Nikita Mishra, respectively.
