The Minister was there to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with visiting Mozambique Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Mr. Oldemiro Julio Marques Baloi on cooperation in the field of Oil and Gas.

The Minister received the visiting Mozambique delegation led by the Mozambique Minister in the ONGC Office.

The Indian delegation (top) and the Mozambique delegation (Bottom) The wide-ranging MoU was signed by the two Ministers. The MoU aims to establish a cooperative institutional framework to facilitate and to enhance bilateral cooperation in the oil and gas sector.
